Hop into our twice a week beginners yoga class on your lunch break or our Saturday classes 1-2 times per month. All classes and poses are tailored to the needs of the class attendees.
Our Hatha and Vinyasa style classes are tailored toward beginners or those with little yoga and stretching experience.
Our current class schedule is
Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:30pm. $5 each, paid at class time, lasts 30 minutes. Please contact Lauren prior to attending.
1-2 Saturdays per month at 9:00am. (Please see our Facebook page for this month's schedule). $10 each, paid at class time, lasts 60 minutes.
Please bring your own mat and arrive at your first class at least 5 minutes early to fill out the proper forms.
