Basic Slow Flow
Back to basics! Enjoy this 45min class led in a slower pace, highlighting the importance of pairing breath work to mindful movement. Spending a majority of class on the floor, this class will assist in core strength, spinal stability and an overall sense of peace. More of a yin-styled vinyasa.

Signature Slow Flow
These vinyasa styled classes will work muscles from your head to your toes - still as a slow flow sequence! Moving through common poses (i.e. sun salutations) your heart rate will end up feeling the importance of mindful breathing throughout the entire class. With upbeat music and aromatherapy at during savasana, you're guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed and renewed!
