Classes are designed with beginner poses, cues, and modifications, but all experience levels and ages are welcome! Extra mats, blocks, straps, and chairs are available.

Beginner Slow Vinyasa
Back to basics! Enjoy this 45min class led in a slower pace, highlighting the importance of pairing breath work to mindful movement. Spending a majority of class on the floor, this class will assist in core strength, spinal stability and an overall sense of peace. More of a yin-styled vinyasa.

Warm Vinyasa Flow
These vinyasa style classes will work muscles from your head to your toes - still as a slow flow sequence! We'll move through common poses (i.e. sun salutations) and your heart rate will end up feeling the importance of mindful breathing throughout the entire class. With upbeat music and aromatherapy at during savasana, you're guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed and renewed!

Sunset Restorative Vinyasa
Unwind and reset with a gentle, soothing practice designed to ease tension and calm the mind at the end of your day. Perfect for anyone feeling stressed or looking to add a recharge, this class blends slow, mindful movement with deep, intentional breathing to prepare you for a peaceful evening and a restful night’s sleep.
