Lifting Weights

Small Group Training

Train at our facility with others and receive home workouts and weekly nutrition tips. New training buddies, accountability, and motivation.

2x/week = $189 every 4 weeks

Personal Training or Consultation

One-on-one sessions for personalized coaching. Schedule a single consultation to strategize a plan for your exercise/nutrition or book personal training on a regular basis for more accountability. Great for competitive athletes, pre/postnatal women, or those with chronic injuries.

$65 per session

Custom Training Program

Personalized fitness programming built around your needs, goals, and available equipment for you to carry out on your own. Workouts include exercise instructions and videos as well as recommendations for how to progress. New programs can be purchased as needed.
