Our professional personal training services include private, semi-private, and circuit-style training as well as strength & conditioning classes for youth. For private, semi-private, and circuit training clients, please schedule a free fitness assessment & consultation prior to booking your class. To request a specific trainer, select one below.

Kids Strength & Conditioning
Training course is for young athletes who are not currently involved in another strength training regimen.
Classes include a warm-up with mobility work, strength training, plyometrics, and sport-related agility drills.
$140 per 4-week course
1 class per week
The next month's schedule is released on the 15th of each month.

Private Training or Consultation
One-on-one sessions for personalized coaching. Schedule a single consultation to strategize a plan for your exercise/nutrition or book personal training on a regular basis for more accountability. Great for competitive athletes, pre/postnatal women, or those with chronic injuries.
$65 per session
