Coaching with Lauren

I've been a certified personal trainer and working in the fitness industry since 2013. Since graduating from UCF in 2014 with a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, I have also attained my CSCS, OTC, and PN-Lvl 1 certifications.

I have always been athletic-ish, dancing as a young girl, playing basketball in middle school, and running hurdles in middle and high school. My passion is for Shotokan karate, which I have been training since 2002. My experience in sport has developed a deep appreciation for strength and movement, which motivates me to apply my knowledge to all my clients and athletes.

As a coach and trainer, my goal is to guide my clients and students into a more introspective mindset. Together, we'll tackle your deepest fitness and wellness needs through practical changes in your lifestyle. I believe there is an athlete in all of us that has the grit and drive to make us the best we can be.

My husband and I are the owners of Hart Athletics.

Train at my facility with up to 3 other people and receive home workouts. New training buddies, accountability, and motivation. $12 membership per month & $20 per group session.

Fitness

Online Group Training

Monthly membership program complete with new workouts each
month, instructional training videos, access to my training app, and

Custom Training Program

Personalized fitness programming built around your needs, goals, and
available equipment. Workouts  include exercise instructions and videos as well as recommendations for how to progress. Program updates can be purchased as needed. $89 per program.

Cooking Eggs

Group Nutrition Coaching

We'll create a personalized plan toward a healthier lifestyle with check-ins via messaging and monthly group calls. $25 membership per month.

Coaching with Ivy

Hi I’m Ivy Williams! Pre/Postnatal Performance Specialist, CPT, Wife, Mother


I became interested in Pre/Postnatal Fitness after the birth of my 2 children. I have always been
very active, and into fitness. However, I realized the way I previously trained did not come as easily during pregnancy, and especially not afterwards. I didn’t have the knowledge then, that I now have, that could have helped me with the changes my body made during this time.


This is why I am here!

  •  To help you prepare, and recover from, your incredible journey of motherhood.

  • To help teach you how to preform your activities of daily living (ADLs) correctly to help advance your recovery process.

  • To help you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles (to prevent that unwanted peeing that your mom may blame on you when she sneezes.) Psst…it’s not ALL your fault.

  • To support you during this beautiful journey we call Motherhood from Beginning to End! (Which is death because motherhood doesn’t stop after your 6-week postpartum check-up).

As your trainer I will ensure all the above is met through resources given to you and a fitness
program that can change the way you feel during pregnancy, labor/delivery, and New Motherhood.

A once per week class focusing on breathing techniques and pelvic floor and core activation.

Mommy and Me

Mommy & Me

This class is not limited to only moms with kids - pregnant mommies, grandparents, babysitters, etc are welcome. If you can’t get motivated to workout at home, find a babysitter to go to the gym, or if you simply just want to be in a group to meet other
moms in the area, this is the class for you. We will build a support system for each other through our journey of Motherhood.
