Our professional personal training services include private, semi-private, and circuit-style training. Please schedule a free fitness assessment & consultation prior to booking your class. To request a specific trainer, select one below.

Fitness Circuit Class

Quick circuit-style fitness class designed to work up a sweat and work out your whole body.

Drop in: $20 per class

Membership: $120 per 4-weeks

Semi-Private Training

Train at our facility with up to 3 other clients under the guidance of our trainers. Receive fully customized workout programs and coaching. New training buddies, accountability, and motivation.

$35 per training session (1-5 per week)

Private Training or Consultation

One-on-one sessions for personalized coaching. Schedule a single consultation to strategize a plan for your exercise/nutrition or book personal training on a regular basis for more accountability. Great for competitive athletes, pre/postnatal women, or those with chronic injuries.

$65 per session
