Personal Training
Our professional personal training services include private and semi-private, small group, and circuit-style training in addition to nutrition coaching. Please schedule a free fitness assessment & consultation prior to booking your class. To request a specific trainer, select one below.
Group Fitness Training
Train 2 times per week at our facility with a small group of others under the guidance of our trainers. Receive tailored workouts and 1-on-1 check-ins with your trainer. New training buddies, accountability, and motivation.
Membership: $200 per 4-weeks*
*For best results, we require a 12-week prepaid committment, then clients transition to a recurring 4-week membership.
Private or Semi-Private Training or Consultation
One-on-one sessions for personalized coaching. Schedule a single consultation to strategize a plan for your exercise/nutrition or book personal training on a regular basis for more accountability. Great for competitive athletes, pre/postnatal women, or those with chronic injuries.
Alternatively, train with a private group (up to 4 people), all with customized programming and coaching.
Private: $65 per session
Semi-private: $40 per person per session
